Our Role
amR provided on-site custom chainstitch embroidery for event guests, creating co-branded tote bags live throughout the event.
Our Approach
Using a vintage chainstitch machine, amR embroidered each tote bag on-site, giving guests the chance to watch the process from start to finish. The live stitching made the craft part of the experience, while each finished piece felt personal and one of a kind.
The Result
The live embroidery added an interactive, branded element to the event, with guests watching their co-branded tote bags being personalized on-site throughout the evening. Each piece was made individually and ready to take home, giving Weber Ranch Vodka a more personal alternative to traditional event gifting.
We brought Kai in to do live chainstitch embroidery at our event at the Santa Monica Proper, and honestly, it made the night. Guests could watch their tote bags get stitched right in front of them, and there was a line for it most of the evening. Kai is just great to have around. He was great with our guests, easygoing with our staff, and unfazed when things got busy. Everyone went home with something no one else had, which is exactly what we wanted.
