Yes. We regularly work with agencies, venues and production teams and can liaise directly with them before the event.

We’ll sort out the practical details with the right people, including access, set-up times, power, space requirements and pack-down, so everything is organised before we arrive on site.

Yes. We work across large corporate events, conferences, festivals, retail activations and brand activations.

For bigger guest numbers, we can bring additional chainstitch artists and embroidery stations to increase capacity, keep queues moving and make sure the live embroidery runs smoothly throughout the event.

We’ll plan the set-up around your guest numbers, event length and the type of personalisation you’d like to offer. If you’re working with an agency, venue or production team, we can liaise with them directly beforehand so the set-up, access and timing all work with the venue and run sheet.

Yes. We can create a custom selection of designs around your brand, campaign, or event, including logos, lettering, icons, and original artwork.

If you already have artwork in mind, send it over and we can adapt it for chainstitch. Before the event, we'll confirm the designs, thread colors, placement, and what we'll be stitching on.

Guests can then choose from the approved designs and watch their piece being embroidered live at the event.

We bring everything needed for the live embroidery, including the artist, vintage machine, threads and stitching supplies.

We handle the set-up and pack-down too, and confirm the practical details with your team before the event so everything runs smoothly on the day.

Yes. We hold current public liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Currency to your venue, agency or production team when required. If your event has specific supplier or insurance requirements, send them through and we’ll provide the relevant documentation ahead of the event.

It depends on the designs, event length, and number of artists on-site. As a general guide, one embroidery station can usually complete around 120-150 personalized pieces during a full-day event, with many designs taking about 3-5 minutes each.

For larger events, we can add more artists and machines to increase capacity. We can also prepare part of the work ahead of time and finish the personalization live if that works better for the guest count.

A typical setup needs roughly 3m x 3m of space on a flat surface, plus access to a standard power outlet.

For more remote events without mains power, we can also offer alternative power options. If you're working with a smaller space, an outdoor venue, or somewhere with limited power, just let us know. We can usually find a setup that works.

We're also happy to coordinate directly with your venue or production team before the event to sort out access, power, timing, and setup.
